SAN FRANCISCO—Just before 10:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 7, five suspects robbed two male victims in San Francisco’s Central District on the 900 block of Polk Street. PIO of the SFPD Media Relations Unit, Robert Rueca, shared news of the incident in a Daily Recap.

The first victim encountered the first suspect, who sprayed them with pepper spray. The victim ran into the other four suspects, who assaulted him. The second victim tried to intervene, though he was also attacked before all five suspects fled. Both were taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The first suspect has been described as a Caucasian male in his 20s. The other four suspects have been described as Hispanic males between the ages of 25 and 30. No arrests have been made. Anyone with information on the incident should contact the SFPD. Tipsters may remain anonymous.
