BEVERLY  HILLS—The Academy Awards held its annual Nominees Luncheon on Monday, February 4 at the famed Beverly Hilton Hotel.  The event saw more than 160 Oscar nominees gather at 12 p.m. inside the hotel to celebrate the festivities. In attendance included Lead Actor nominees Bradley Cooper, Daniel Day-Lewis, Hugh Jackman, Joaquin Phoenix and Denzel Washington.

In the Lead Actress race fellow nominees Naomi Watts, Jessica Chastain, Jennifer Lawrence and Quvenzhané Wallis were in attendance, as well as Supporting Actor and Supporting Actress contenders Anne Hathaway, Robert De Niro, Tommy Lee Jones, Amy Adams, Sally Field, Jacki Weaver, Christoph Waltz, Helen Hunt and Jacki Weaver.

Directing nominees Ang Lee, Steven Spielberg, Benh Zietlin and David O. Russell made appearances at the luncheon, as did 2012 Governors Awards recipients George Stevens Jr., Jeffrey Katzenberg and Hal Needham.   As apart of the luncheon tradition all nominees gathered for a class photo that is taken each year.

The 85th Annual Academy Awards will be handed out on Sunday, February 24 live from the Dolby Theatre at Hollywood & Highland Center.  “Family Guy” creator Seth MacFarlane is hosting the event.
