SAN FRANCISCO—The San Francisco Police Department made an arrest in connection to a burglary at the Bayview Opera House that transpired on April 6. According to a press release from the SFPD, the Opera House, which is located on the 4700 block of Third Street, had eight computers stolen from their office.

Investigating Bayview Police Station officers were able to identify Albert Brown, 52, of San Francisco in connection to the crime. Brown was taken into police custody on April 13 after patrol officers from the Bayview Police station spotted the suspect in the area of Crisp Road and Palou Avenue.

He was booked at the San Francisco County Jail on four counts of second degree burglary and one count of possession of burglary tools. Due to pending identification matters, the subject’s booking photo will not be released at this time.

The SFPD is still conducting an investigation into the theft, as the stolen computers have not yet been recovered.
