Are you engaged?   Are you engaged in your life?   Think of the very best feelings associated with being engaged to be married:   Love.   Excitement.   Happiness.   Planning a celebration filled with joy.   When you are happily engaged you are truly enjoying the success of finding your desire, and at the same time looking forward with anticipation at all the best to come.   So, I ask you, as far as Life is concerned – are you engaged?

Make a choice to get engaged to your life.   Live in that excitement of having joy right now and anticipation of even more good to come.   Live in that love and flow and promise.   You can live in the love of the moment and the looking forward to all the good things to come.   You can make a choice to do your life that way all the time.

To be engaged in life means to fully embrace your true self.   You love your life and it shows.   Once again, this is a choice.   You know what your true desires are – and you allow that to be where you place your focus.   Continue to explore your true desires.   They run deep.   Your desires expand and unfold and continue on as your life flows.   In each area of your life you can ask yourself “What do I really want?”   Savor the time it takes to look within and give yourself that gift of personal time just for you.   Ask yourself what you really want to have next in your life, and allow the answers to rise and be noticed.   This is honoring your true desires.   Take action on those feelings and desires.   This is being your True Self.   Authentic.   This is being engaged to Life.

When you think of being engaged to be married, it is a very exciting time.   Feel the love mixed with the excitement.   Are you engaged?   The diamond, the symbol of being engaged is the best symbol I can think of for being engaged to your life.   It is strong, brilliant and valued.   It is rare and precious.   So are you.   It sparkles with radiance, and it is even more valuable when it expresses clarity.   It is a universal symbol of love.   The diamond is stunning and it is showed off.   You can live your life like that.  

Every day can start fresh.   There is no rule that says you have to think the same way about yourself today that you thought about yourself yesterday. Spend some time focused on you.   Find out what your true desires are at this moment in your life.  Make a fresh choice.   Bring in fresh energy.   Just start now or whenever you are ready.   Be who you really are and do what is just right for you.  

Get engaged to your life.   Get engaged to your self.    We can live like that.   It is our choice.   Get engaged, and then celebrate.
