You can hit the refresh button on your computer screen to have the latest update of what you are looking at appear. Why can’t you do that with your life?  Well, there is a way that you can. In any moment we can choose to look at life differently.

We become accustomed moving into each day and each experience bringing with us what we expect to happen and what has already happened.  That is one way to do it.  There are also times, although they seem rare, that life can seem to just jump the track and something extraordinary will happen.  These are the times that we have allowed ourselves to refresh. We are the ones that allow amazing things to happen, by being open to all possibilities instead of what we usually expect.  Remember, just because things seem to be going a certain way, doesn’t mean they have to.  Just because someone seems to be in ill health all the time does not mean it has to stay that way.  Just because it seems you are not getting what you want does not mean it has to keep showing up that way.
   So what do we do to refresh our mind and our habit of thinking that allows the refreshing new to show up instead of the same old thing?
   Be open.  Know that life is Big.  Much bigger than even our largest thoughts about it – and be honest, on most days many people don’t even think about it, they just keep on going in the same routine expecting the same results.  That is why the same results keep happening.  Be open to the expansive unlimited choices available to you.
   Choose. Choose what you want. Choose it inside your thoughts and choose it with your heart. Choose it with all you have got. Tell Life that you are choosing this. Stick to your thoughts about what you want even if you do not see it yet. It may not happen right away, but it can….  Choose something you really want from all the choices you can ever imagine.  Don’t just stick with old leftovers – choose fresh thoughts. Spend some time feeling your choice and being with it. Know that Life supports your thoughts and choices.
   Then Let Go. Once we recognize that we can make fresh choices with our thoughts, we become really excited and start choosing.  After thinking about what you want and being with it for a while, let it go.  That is where trust and faith become activated. You let the bigger part of you that makes amazing things happen do It’s thing. You have made your request, asked to have your most empowered choices show up. Then you let go.  Do things that are fun. Do what you are guided to do. This is how you will allow life to change into what you truly want to see happen.
