K-Fed Lands Gig On “One Tree Hill”

LOS ANGELES - On August 27, the nation learned of Kevin Federline’s newest professional endeavor: Acting. The 29-year old, famous for dating, marrying, and divorcing pop-star Britney Spears, will be a recurring guests star on the hit television show “One Tree Hill.”
K-Fed has joined a cast of stars such as Sophia Bush and Chad Michael Murray to play, according to a representative from CW, “a cocky, self-absorbed rock singer.” This is not Federline’s first acting gig, but may very well be his most important yet. His acting portfolio includes a starring roll with ex-wife Britney in their 2005 reality show titled “Britney and Kevin: Chaotic,” a short appearance on “1 vs. 100” on NBC, and a cameo appearance on “
Federline’s appearance on “One Tree Hill” will tear him away from his on-going custody battle with Spears over their two young sons. K-Fed has been pegged lately handing out deposition subpoenas to those he thinks may help him win custody.
The new season of “One Tree Hill” will be skipping over the ‘college years’ and will be going from last season’s high school times to post college times. CW and producers of the show hint that an on-line diary of sorts will clue fans in to what happened during the four years that were skipped in the show. “We’re hoping that this [on-line diary] will help fans put the pieces together from what we’ve skipped over. We think they’ll like what we’re doing.” said a representative from CW.
