PACIFIC PALISADES—NBA player Blake Griffin, a forward for the Detroit Pistons is selling his former Pacific Palisades mansion for $10.9 million.
The home is located at 1333 Pavia Place, a street north of Sunset Boulevard. Griffin first purchased the mansion in 2013 for $9 million. The 9,572 square foot mansion sits behind secured gates on around a third of an acre. This classically styled Colonial mansion holds six bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms stretching over the three floors.
The home boasts a bright interior throughout the home. In addition to the main living spaces, the home includes a fitness room, a game room, a home theater, an outdoor sport court, outdoor kitchen, pool and spa.
Griffin has been trying to sell the mansion for about a year, and previously listed the home at $12 million only to find no interested buyers. The athlete played college basketball for the Oklahoma Sooners and was drafted to the NBA in 2009 by the Los Angeles Clippers. Griffin played for the Clippers from 2009 until January 2018, where he was later traded to the Detroit Pistons.
