According to the Journal-Courier, the Champ Clark Bridge connected Pike County Illinois to Pike County, Missouri. It was demolished after a new bridge was built bearing the same name. Keith Killen of MoDOT is the project manager for both the demolition of the old bridge and the rebuilding of the new bridge.

The first blast on the old champ Clark bridge is taking place now!
