SAN FRANCISCO—Officers from the San Francisco Police Department halted a drug operation in the Park District on April 18 and April 19. According to the SFPD, officers from SFPD’s Park Station, Ingleside Station, and the SFPD Narcotics Unit conducted two “buy bust” operations aimed at disrupting drug dealing in the region.

The two-day “buy-bust” operation resulted in the seizure of: 647 tabs of PCP/LSD, 28 grams of Psilocybin (psychedelic mushrooms), and over eight grams of Methamphetamine.

The operation resulted in the arrest of Isaac Weaver, 23, of Garberville, Wesley Young, 39, of Willits, Vera Rideout, 24, Caleb DeRosa, 25, Greg Smith, 42, Kent Sergeant, 55, Chris Hammond, 39, and Johnathan Lawry, 22, all residents of San Francisco.

Weaver, Young, Rideout, DeRosa, Smtih, Sergeant, Hammond and Lawry were booked at San Francisco County Jail on charges of: transportation of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine for sale, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana for sale and possession of a controlled substance. Sean Zukosky, 48, of San Rafael was booked on an outstanding warrant by police.
