HOLLYWOOD—There appears to be a huge baby boom taking place in Hollywood right now. Earlier this week pop singer Fergie announced her pregnancy to hubby Josh Duhamel and now “Extra” host and actor Mario Lopez announced on Tuesday, February 19, he and wife Courtney are expecting another child.
The host and actor announced the news on his show by having his two-year-old daughter Gia, wear a t-shirt with the words “Big Sister Gia” as she stared into the camera.
Lopez and Mazza got married in December in Mexico and their wedding extravaganza was televised on the TLC special “Mario & Courtney’s Wedding Fiesta.” Lopez grew to fame with his role as A.J. Slater on the hit series “Saved by the Bell.”
He saw his career surge after appearing on “Dancing with the Stars” and has become host extraordinaire partaking in MTV’s “America’s Best Dance Crew” and currently hosting on Fox’s “The X-Factor.” The couple’s second bundle of joy is due in the summer.
