SAN FRANCISCO—A man was shot early afternoon on Thursday, June 6, when several individuals shot at a Municipal Railway bus in Potrero Hill around 2 p.m. Reportedly, three suspects are being investigated in relation to the shooting as they were seen getting off the 19-Polk line shortly after getting on.
The shooting victim, a man in his mid-20s, suffered superficial wounds to his head and was taken toSan Francisco GeneralHospitalwhere he is being treated for his injuries.
Although the 19-Polk line was rerouted due to the shooting, regular bus hours are expected to resume. Police are continuing to investigate the shooting and ask anyone with information regarding the incident to contact the San Francisco Police Department at 415-575-4444.
