SAN FRANCISCO—A woman who is nine months pregnant that went missing on Sunday, March 12 from her home in San Francisco, has been found and is safe, police reported.

Authorities from the San Francisco Police Department indicated that Lauren Soriano, 32, was last seen leaving her residence in the Cole Valley neighborhood around 11 a.m. According to reports, she left her hometo meet a friend, and was seen getting into an unidentified vehicle with an individual in the driver’s seat.

Her disappearance prompted police to issue a plea for the public’s assistance in locating Soriano who was two days from being induced. She was found safe late Sunday, her family indicated.

Authorities confirmed at 11:30 p.m. Sunday on social media that Soriano was located by law enforcement in a nearby city outside of San Francisco.

No details have been disclosed on her whereabouts of Soriano’s disappearance or how she was found.
