SAN FRANCISCO—The San Francisco Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in providing any information that will lead to the identification and/or arrest of the suspect(s) involved in the death of Huan Zhou Chen three years ago.

“The Office of the Mayor authorized a $100,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspect(s) responsible for the assault on 83-year-old Huan Zhou Chen on January 24, 2010 on the 1600 block ofOakdale Avenueat approximately 6:00 P.M. A group of male juveniles brutally attacked Mr. Chen, striking him on the back of his head, causing him to fall to the pavement and hit his head. Mr. Chen died from his injuries on March 19, 2010,” states a press release from the San Francisco Police Department website.
