SAN FRANCISCO—The San Francisco Police Department has authorized a $50,000 reward for details leading to the identification, arrest and conviction of the suspect(s) responsible for the murder of Chastity Dollison and her father.

The SFPD reported that on July 13, 2012, at approximately 10:20 p.m., Dollison, 20,  her father, Allen Vance, 39, and a family friend were traveling in a white 2-door Lexus Eastbound on Silver near Elmira, when their car ran out of gas.

Sitting in the vehicle for a friend to assist them, an unknown person(s) came up on foot to the car and fired several shots into the vehicle killing Chastity and Allen, who were sitting in the front seat. The family friend in the back seat, who was visiting from out of state, was shot but survived.
