SAN FRANCISCO—On Tuesday, October 10, just before 2:20 a.m., a shooting took place in the Bayview District at Evans Avenue and Toland Street, SFPD Media Relations PIO Robert Rueca announced in a Daily Recap.
After hearing gunshots, police officers arrived on scene and discovered a victim calling for help. He was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The suspect is unknown, police said.
No arrests were made, and it is unknown as to how the suspect transported himself to and from the scene. There were no losses of possessions.
This is the only information officers have released at this time.
