SAN FRANCISCO—Two suspects have been arrested for their connection to the murder of George Randall-Saldivar, 23 by officials from the San Francisco Police Department. The SFPD reported on February 20, they were contacted by the Sacramento Police Department about an individual in their jurisdiction who claimed to have participated in a murder in SF.

Investigators contacted the San Francisco Office of the Chief Medical Examiner (OCME) and determined that the body of the deceased Randall-Saldivar was recovered from San Francisco Bay waters on February 18 at approximately 4:40 p.m. near 1600 The Embarcadero. Homicide investigators with the SFPD replied to the SPD and interviewed the subject who admitted to involvement in the murder and dumping the body in San Francisco Bay.

While investigating the case, SFPD investigators learned that the location of the murder was an apartment on the 1200 block of Market Street. Investigators identified a second suspect in the homicide. On February 21, authorities took Gerald W. Rowe, 47, into custody at his apartment on the 1200 block of Market Street. Rowe was booked at the San Francisco County Jail on the charges of murder, conspiracy, false imprisonment and kidnapping.

On February 27, Angel Anderson (aka David Anderson), 36, of San Francisco was transported from the Sacramento County Jail to San Francisco and was booked at the San Francisco County jail on the charges of murder, conspiracy, false imprisonment and kidnapping. The SFPD is still investigating the homicide.
