UNITED STATES—Actor and comedian, and political commentator, Terrence Williams was publicly recognized by President Trump. Williams was reprimanded the same day for what Twitter considers hateful comments.
The letter from Twitter’s legal team to Terrence Williams is posted to his Twitter page with the Livestream video of the comedian explaining what transpired.

Twitter listed the four offending tweets that could possibly violate their policies. One involved a video Williams tweeted about House Intelligence Chairman Adam Schiff resigning.
In another tweet, Williams called out Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez for standing there and doing nothing while a woman at Ocasio-Cortez’s Town Hall said it was time for “humans to #EatTheBabies as a way to stop climate change. AOC did not stop this woman & didn’t condemn the idea of eating babies!”
Williams reposted a video of President Trump’s that Twitter deleted exposing a golfing trip Joe and Hunter Biden had with Ukraine leaders. Williams stated he could retweet that one because he was reporting it as news, and added commentary.
According to his Twitter page, Williams calls out people for what they publicly say. Williams called out Congresswoman Maxine Waters for saying that “President Trump should be imprisoned and placed in solitary confinement” calling the Congresswomen, “MAD MAX” and stated, “I think she should be locked away in a Mad-House or maybe that James Brown Wig should be locked away in solitary confinement.”
President Trump publicly thanked Williams who has over 700,000 followers. President Trump gave Williams a few moments to speak.
“I love President Donald J. Trump.” He then when on to say something about the way the President is treated by the media. “The media is attacking him, and when they are attacking him, they are attacking us. Because he is out there fighting for us. When they are harassing you, Mr. President, they are harassing me. Awhile back when President Trump was talking to the black community, he said if you vote for me, what do you have to lose because the do-nothing Democrats have done nothing for the black community. 2020 is around the corner. We have a lot to lose now because President Trump has done so much for the black community,” said Williams.
In another tweet, Williams said, “I MET PRESIDENT TRUMP TODAY! Growing up I went from foster home to foster home & I never thought I would be at the White House…let alone speak on the same state with Pres. @realDonaldTrump am that loves the black community. Thank you @charliekirk11 for making this happen.”
