SAN FRANCISCO—On Friday, October 5, three people were injured in a drive-by shooting in the Fillmore District, north of Alamo Square. According to reports, the shooting was reported at around 6:45 p.m.

The victims were walking down the 1700 block of Eddy Street, when a vehicle pulled up beside them and began firing.

Officers from the San Francisco Police Department arrived on the scene to provide first aid to the victims. Two of the victims were transported to San Francisco General Hospital to be treated for non-life threatening injuries.

According to Lieutenant Christopher Creed,  the third victim arrived later at the hospital, but authorities indicated he drove himself to the hospital. Officers on scene put out a preliminary description of the suspect’s vehicle, which was pursued. The suspect’s vehicle crashed, and authorities took two suspect’s into custody.
