AUGUSTA, GA—Tiger Woods, 43, with 13 under par bogey took home his fifth green jacket winning The Masters Tournament title at the Augusta National Golf Club on Sunday, April 14.

“It’s unreal for me to experience this,” Woods said during a press conference on Sunday. “It was one of the hardest I’ve ever had to to win just because of what’s transpired these last couple of years,” he added.

This is Woods first major win in over a decade closing the shots on Augusta’s 18th hole. The legendary golfer celebrated the victory with family and friends, including his 10-year-old son Charlie, 11-year-old daughter Sam Alexis and his mother Kultida.

Woods won his last championship in 2008 at the U.S Open. He won his first Masters Title in 1997 with 12 strokes.

In 2009, Woods and ex-wife Elin Nordegren, the mother of his two children got divorced after it was revealed that he cheated on her with over eight women during their five year marriage.

“I was unfaithful. I had affairs. I cheated. What I did is not acceptable. And I am the only person to blame. I stopped living by the core values that I was taught to believe in,” he said in a televised statement on February 19, 2010.  Woods lost nearly $22 million in endorsements after the cheating scandal was made public.
