SAN FRANCISCO—The San Francisco Police Department is asking for public help in bringing the murderers responsible for deaths of two people in the city last weekend.

The first attack took place in the Civic Center Plaza at approximately 5:50 a.m. on May 30.

The victim, whose identity has not been made immediately available, was stabbed in the back by an unknown weapon near the crossing of Larkin and Fulton Streets. Paramedics transported him to San Francisco General Hospital, where he was pronounced dead later that morning.

The second murder was reported on May 31 at 6:30 a.m., when authorities discovered the corpse of an unidentified man who was gunned-down in John McLaren Park.

Authorities have not released details on the suspects to the public.
