Freckles

BEVERLY HILLS—My name is “Freckles”, and it’s a mystery to me, as well as everyone else, as to why I’m still here.  You see, I was found as just a wee little boy and brought to the Friends of Animals Foundation some seven years ago.  Yes, seven years ago!!

I’m having a very good life here, but it sure would be nice to have a family of my very own.  If you have another kitty in your home that would like to have a playmate and someone to cuddle with, I’d sure like to be the lucky one to fit that bill.

I was named “Freckles” for a very obvious reason.  I have a pretty white coat with grey spots all over.  So, that name fits me perfectly! I might be a little cautious when I first meet you, but please give me a chance, as I  warm up pretty fast, and if you’re sitting down it won’t take me long to snuggle on your lap.  You see, I’m really a very sweet and loving little guy who is looking forward to belonging to that special person who will love me in return.  Are you that certain someone that will give me a chance?

By the way, did you know that Sir Winston Churchill, Albert Schweitzer, Abraham Lincoln, Charles Dickens, Edgar Allen Poe, Mark Twain, Ernest Hemingway, Theodore Roosevelt, and Florence Nightingale were all cat lovers?  If you adopt me, I’ll put your name at the very top of that list!!
