Pony Papillion

BEVERLY HILLS—My name is “Pony”, and you’re probably wondering how I got that name, aren’t you?  I’m sorry, but I can’t tell you. Because, that is, I really don’t know!  What I do know is that I’m a very happy little girl, as you can no doubt tell by my picture.  I’m a Papillion about two years old and I weigh about ten pounds.

I don’t mean to sound egotistical, but I’m a real head-turner when I’m out for my walks.  I guess that it’s because of my pretty coloring and markings, and, of course, my “butterfly” ears!  Yes, that’s what they’re really called, because of their long, fringed hair.

I’m very alert, as you can probably tell by the look in my eyes.  I’m very intelligent, too.  In fact, it is said that the Papillion and the Toy Poodle share top billing as the brightest and most trainable of the toy breeds!  How about that?

I’m just beginning to come out of my shell, so if you’ll be patient with me, you’ll find me to be a very friendly, affectionate and playful little girl.  I love playing with toys, especially my toy pumpkin!  Do I sound as though I might be the right one for you?  Why don’t you come to see me in person – that’s really the only way that you can tell, to be perfectly honest!  I can hardly wait to meet you, and I hope that you can hardly wait to meet me, too!
