HOLLYWOOD—Well “Walking Dead” fans have been dying to know what happened to Carol for weeks, well we finally got our answer in this week’s episode ‘Consumed.’ As Carol and Daryl, went chasing after the ‘assailants’ who kidnapped Beth, little did they know they were walking into a trap. In a desolate and destroyed downtown, they searched for multiple escape routes to seek higher ground from the walkers.

The duo sought sanctuary in a building that was all too familiar to Carol as it had a connection to her past, which Daryl helped her put to rest. Just when they expected they were in a secure location, walkers surrounded them at every turn.

As the survivors entered into the streets, a mysterious figure was watching from a distance. Any guesses as to who that might be? As they reached higher heights, the mystery person was revealed to be Noah! Yep, Noah is the person that Daryl likely brought back to the camp in his journey to rescue Beth and Carol. It seems Noah was quite desperate and used violence to take weapons from both Carol and Daryl; leaving them vulnerable to the walkers.

In a tense moment, Daryl and Carol nearly plummeted to their death when a truck dropped from the bridge to the ground; I mean I might have done the same thing if I was surrounded by flesh-hungry zombies who’d do anything to get a bite out of me.

As they continued to look for an escape route, Carol and Daryl stumbled upon Noah who was obviously still following the survivors. For Noah to be a survivor, he sure doesn’t know how to survive, even with weaponry in his arsenal. Daryl pissed about being ambushed earlier, attacked Noah and left him for dead as a walker came mere inches from taking his life. Carol had a change of heart and they brought Noah under their wing.

He revealed that he knows where Beth is being held captive, just as the trio saw the hunters outside looking for new blood. As Carol ventured into the streets she was hit by a police car and placed onto a stretcher. Daryl desperate to rescue Carol was held at bay by Noah, who revealed their army is much bigger and they have to be prepared. This led the two enemies turned allies to plot their route back to the camp to get the others.

Next week looks like we’ll finally get back to the camp to see what has been transpiring with the others as Rick and the gang prepares to rescue Beth and Carol from their ‘captors.’ Until next Sunday “Walking Dead” die-hards!
