SAN ANTONIO—On Wednesday, May 7, the Golden State Warriors won game two on the road against the San Antonio Spurs. The Warriors won 100-91 to even up the series and steal a game to take home court advantage away from The Spurs.

Klay Thompson led the Golden State Warriors with 34 points and 14 rebounds. Stephen Curry had 22 points. The Warriors shot 45 percent from the field and 47 percent from the three-point line on the night. Golden State out-rebounded the Spurs 50-48. The Warriors came out with heightened energy after losing game one off a game winner they proved their playoff run wasn’t just a round one show.

Tim Duncan led the Spurs with 23 points and nine rebounds. Tony Parker also had 20 points and six rebounds. What hurt the Spurs was the low bench points with only 25 points.

The best of seven game series between the Warriors and the Spurs will continue in Oakland for the next two games. The winner of this series will go up against the winner of theOklahomaand the Memphis series.
