SAN FRANCISCO—The Rolling Loud Music Festival is back this year with an extensive line-up for Bay Area concert goers. The music festival will take place on September 28 and September 29 at the Coliseum grounds in Oakland, California. All performances are spread throughout  three stages called, “High Hemp,” “Dryp”, and “Sauce.” The festival is celebrating five years of showcasing hip-hop/rap entertainment and this year is said to be bigger and better than previous events.

The festival will begin with headliners such as Future, YG, Calboy, Gunna, NAV, and the Bay Area’s own, G-Eazy. The Oakland native will perform on the “High Hemp” stage at 7:30 p.m. just before the singer-songwriter, Future takes to the stage. Crowds on day two can look forward to acts like Lil Uzi Vert, Migos, Young Thug, Playboi Carti, Polo G, and Lil Yachty.

This year’s favorite act will likely be Lil Uzi Vert. After disputes over his contract, Lil Uzi has not produced a full-length album since 2017. The musician recently released two tracks just in time for his performance at Rolling Loud. Concert goers of all ages will be among the first to see the new songs performed.

Aside from the diverse line-up, the festival will feature food trucks, bars, and art installations. Rolling Loud collaborated with Cookies SF and Ethika to produce merchandise exclusive to the Bay Area. Currently, the music festival is about 95 sold-out.
