SAN FRANCISCO—On February 4, the San Francisco Police Department reported that missing person Sau Kuen Kwan has been found.
It was reported on February 4 at approximately 6:44 a.m., officers responded to the 900 block of Dolores Street regarding a well-being check of an elderly female sitting on the steps in front of a residence.
After speaking to the elderly female and a witness, officers learned it was Sau Kuen Kwan. Kwan appeared to be in good health and was reunited with her family. Authorities do not suspect any foul play at this time.
