BERKELEY—Officials from the Berkeley Police Department are investigating a sexual assault by two men against a University of California, Berkeley student at a fraternity house. BPD Spokesman Officer Byron White indicated in an interview with the Associated Press that the student reported being assaulted after midnight on Sunday, April 26 at an off-campus fraternity house.

White would not release the name of the fraternity, but indicated the house is located on the 2700 block of Channing Way, where several fraternities are located. While noted that the victim told investigators that the assailants are about 18-years-old and that it is unclear whether they are students of UC Berkeley.

Authorities have not made any arrested in the assault, and not details about the suspects have been disclosed to the public. The San Francisco News reached out to the Berkeley Police Department, who were unable to provide any additional details regarding the case.
