HOLLYWOOD—Tracey Ullman’s mother Doreen Skinner died in a house fire on March 23 at the age of 85. The blaze transpired from a lit cigarette in her bedroom.
The actress’ mother died at her ground-level retirement home in Holtspur, Buckinghamshire.
A spokesman for Ullman released the following statement on Saturday, March 28. “Tracey and her family are deeply saddened by the death of her mother, Doreen. The family would like to thank everyone for the kind messages they have received and ask that their privacy be respected at this difficult time.”
