WEST HOLLYWOOD—On Wednesday night, actor and singer Sean “P. Diddy” Combs’ vehicle was swarmed by police officers at gunpoint. According to officials, there had been a report that there were firearms inside of P. Diddy’s luxury Maybach. Diddy had been dropped off at SoHo house in West Hollywood by his bodyguard moments before the police blocked the vehicle from leaving.

The police officers proceeded to ask the rapper’s bodyguard and another passenger in the car to get out and lie on the ground while they searched the vehicle for any weapons. No weapons of any kind were found inside of the rapper’s car.

The road was temporarily shut down while law enforcement officials searched the vehicle and made sure it was safe to go. Law enforcement officials suspect this to be another form of the prank swatting calls that have been plaguing celebrities in recent months.
