SAN FRANCISCO—On Monday, August 12, the San Francisco Police Department announced their request for the public’s assistance in locating a shooting suspect that harmed two victims back in May 2019.

According to the press release from the SFPD, officers responded to a report of a potential shooting at the area of 6th and Mission Streets on May 24 at 1:38 p.m. 

Upon arriving at the scene, officers located a 23-year-old male victim and a 50-year-old male victim both suffering from gunshot wounds. The two victims were rushed to the nearest hospital and suffered from life-threatening injuries.

The SFPD’s Southern Station acquired a photo of the potential shooter and are asking for the public’s help in identifying and prosecuting the suspect. Anyone with information is asked to call SFPD’s anonymous tip line at (415) 575-4444. 

No other information regarding the case has been released at this time.
