LOS ANGELES—The Los Angeles Clippers won their third straight game, defeating the Toronto Raptors 123-115 on Monday, November 21.

Chris Paul led Los Angeles with a double-double of 26 points and 12 assists. Blake Griffin scored 26 points while grabbing seven rebounds and seven assists.

Head coach Doc Rivers was complimentary of Griffin, who has helped lead the Clippers to an NBA best 13-2 record.

“Blake is doing everything for us,” Rivers said. “The fact that he can bring the ball up and make decisions gives us another dimension offensively.”

The Clippers were recently ranked second in ESPN’s NBA power rankings. Despite the positive ranking, Paul still believes his team can improve.

“We still have to get better. There was a lot of turnovers, fouls, and we gave up easy buckets for Toronto down the stretch,” Paul said.

J.J. Redick scored 20 points for Los Angeles, while Deandre Jordan grabbed a game high 17 rebounds; Jamal Crawford added 12 points off the bench.

Kyle Lowry scored a game high 27 points for the Raptors, who have lost two consecutive games. DeMar DeRozan had 25.

Toronto is now 8-6 overall and sixth in the Eastern Conference. The Raptors will continue a five game road trip with a match up against all-star James Harden and the Houston Rockets.

The Clippers will begin a six game road trip on Wednesday, November 23 when they face the Dallas Mavericks.
