Oakland, CA—On Monday morning, March 3, 2025, a vehicle crash involving a BMW critically injured one, according to KRON.
The Oakland Police Department report states that the accident took place around 4:00 a.m. at the intersection of International Boulevard and 54th Avenue.
Authorities arrived on the scene to find a newer model BMW that had collided with a pole. The driver, who sustained critical injuries, was immediately transported to the hospital for treatment.
International Boulevard remained closed between 51st and 55th avenues for several hours as emergency crews responded and cleared the wreckage. The roadway was reopened to traffic just before 10:00 a.m.
