Authorities are searching for a suspect described as a white male, between 30 and 40 years old, standing at approximately 5 feet and 11 inches tall. He has brown hair, brown eyes, and was spotted wearing an orange hooded sweatshirt, with gray and black writing on the front, blue jeans, and green, black, and white tennis shoes.
He was last seen running parallel to the park to Washington Street on Gough Street.
