Deaf Woman Dies After Hit-And-Run

HOLLYWOOD—Ebonie Powell, 34, was struck by a hit-and-run driver in Hollywood on November 26. She died four days later after being transported to Memorial Regional Hospital from severe head trauma and broken bones.
