SAN FRANCISCO—Authorities from the San Francisco Police Department have arrested a suspect in connection to the death of a woman. According to a press release from the SFPD, on January 27, officers discovered a 48-year-old female dead on the sidewalk near 15th Street and San Bruno Avenue.
The Homicide Unit investigated and interviewed witnesses in the area regarding the death. The victim was well-known to Patrol Officers in the Mission District and they were able to give information that led police to the suspect.
Police arrested Meron Tesfamariam, 30, of San Francisco with homicide.
