SAN FRANCISCO—The San Francisco Police Department has announced a $250,000 reward in connection to any information that will assist authorities in identifying additional suspects or any leads to a 2015 quadruple homicide.

On January 9, 2015, officers responded to a shooting at Laguna and Page Streets in the Hayes Valley neighborhood in San Francisco. Upon arrival, officers located four victims: Manuel O’Neal, David Saucier II, Harith Atchan and Yalani Chinyamurindi inside a car. Each victim was shot multiple times and died from injuries they sustained.

“I was the Officer in Charge of the Homicide Detail at the time of this homicide and later promoted to Commander of Investigations.  I promised the victims’ families that the San Francisco Police Department would do everything we could to solve this brutal crime,” said Acting Chief of Police Toney Chaplin.  “I have been updated regularly by the Homicide Detail and I am happy to announce that the Department has arrested a suspect and begun the process of bringing justice and healing to the victims’ families.”

While an arrest has been made and numerous resources have been dedicated to this investigation, the San Francisco Police Department is seeking the public’s help in bringing healing and justice to the victims’ families.
