SAN FRANCISCO—The San Francisco Police Department reported on November 27 that a suspect involved in a Bayview District Shooting has been arrested.
The SFPD reported on November 19, at approximately 2:13 p.m. officers from Bayview Station responded to the 1100 block of Hollister regarding a shooting. Officers arrived on scene and located a pregnant adult female suffering from gunshot wounds. Officers rendered aid and medics arrived on scene and transported the victim to the hospital for life-threatening injuries. The suspect fled the scene prior to the arrival of the officers.
Investigators determined the suspect shot the victim while she was inside her home with her daughter and other occupants. Through the course of the investigation SFPD officers assigned to the Crime Violent Reduction Team (CVRT) identified the suspect as Khiri Roberson, 30. Investigators developed probable cause to obtain a search warrant for the Roberson’s residence.
On November 21, at approximately 4 p.m. CVRT officers located Roberson and placed him into custody near South Mayfair Avenue and Park Plaza Drive in Daly City.
Investigators responded to Roberson’s residence located on the 200 block of South Mayfair Avenue and served the search warrant. During the search officers located and seized evidence, which included a firearm. He was transported to San Francisco County Jail where he was booked for two counts of attempted homicide (664/187 PC) and discharging a firearm in a grossly negligent manner (246.3 PC).
