SAN FRANCISCO—The San Francisco Police Department is investigating a fatal shooting that unfolded in the Bayview District on November 29.
The SFPD reported that at approximately 9:41 p.m., officers responded to the unit block of Gould Street regarding a shooting. Upon arriving on the scene, they located an adult male in the area suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.
Officers provided aid, including cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). Officers requested paramedics to the scene, but the victim died. No details about the victim have been released to the public.
The SFPD Homicide Detail responded to the scene and is leading this investigation. Authorities have not made any arrests in the case.
