SAN FRANCISCO—On December 1, the San Francisco Police Department reported that they are investigating a homicide that occurred in the Mission District.

The SFPD reported on November 29 at approximately 6:25 a.m., officers responded to the area of Mission and Sycamore Streets regarding a stabbing.

Officers arrived on the scene and located a victim suffering from an apparent stab wound. Officers rendered aid and requested paramedics to the scene. The victim was transported to a local hospital by paramedics, where the victim later died. The name and age of the victim has not been disclosed to the public.
