SAN FRANCISCO—Authorities from the San Francisco Police Department have arrested a man for making a bomb threat. According to a press release from the SFPD, on May 8 and May 16, the SFPD received notifications of bomb threat voicemail messages targeting LePort Montessori School located at 50 Fell Street. Officials did not find any detonating devices while searching the schools.

An investigation was initiated by the Special Investigations Division which led to the identification and arrest of Pablo Munoz, 22, of South San Francisco who was working as a LePort Montessori School assistant teacher. On Friday, May 19, Munoz was located at the school and taken into custody without incident.

He was booked into San Francisco County Jail on two counts of felony threats and two counts of misdemeanor false reporting of a bomb. The investigation is ongoing.
