SAN FRANCISCO—Officers from the Santa Monica Police Department were called to the 300 block of Rolph Street at 9:10 p.m.on Sunday, September 8, after a man and woman were found shot inside of a car.
Luis Quinonez, 19, was pronounced dead at the scene. The female victim has not yet been identified, but is hospitalized where she is listed in stable condition with non-life-threatening conditions. SFPD Sgt. Michael Andraychak was on the scene, where the victims were discovered
The SFPD has indicated this is an ongoing investigation. No details regarding a suspect(s) in the case has been disclosed to the public. Anyone with information on the incident is asked to contact the SFPD.
