HOLLYWOOD—Black Eyed Peas singer and solo star Fergie is expecting her first child with husband, actor Josh Duhamel. The singer announced the news via Twitter on Monday, February 18. “Josh and Me & BABY makes three!!!,” tweeted Fergie. Included with the tweet was a photo of both Fergie and Josh as kids.
This is the first child for couple who married back in January 2009 after dating for more than 5 years. The singer’s solo album “The Dutchess” spawned numerous hits including “LondonBridge,” “Fergalicious,” “Glamorous” and “Big Girls Don’t Cry.” The singer has also dabbled in cinema with supporting roles in the movies “Poseidon,” “Planet Terror” and the musical “Nine.”
Duhamel got his acting start on the soap “All My Children.” Since leaving the series in 2002, the actor parlayed into other acting projects including roles in the NBC series “Las Vegas” as well as a supporting role in the “Transformers” movies. The actor recently starred in the romantic drama “Safe Haven” alongside Julianne Hough, which peaked at #2 at the box office this past week.
