SHERMAN OAKS—Actor and singer Joe Jonas has placed his Sherman Oaks home on the market with an asking price of $4.25 million. Jonas purchased the property back in 2016.
Jonas purchased the Cape Cod style, two-level home for $3.7 million. The 5,600 square foot property has 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Some of its amenities include a movie theater, oak wood flooring, living room with a fireplace, swimming pool, guest house, and a master suite equipped with a dressing room.
If Jonas is able to receive the current asking price on the house, he will make a $550,000 profit.
Jonas, 28, rose to fame with his brothers Nick and Kevin as the “Jonas Brothers” on Disney Channel in 2005. After several years of creating music together, all three brothers decided to continue their music careers independently.
In 2015, Joe became the lead vocalist for his band DNCE and they released their first single “Cake By The Ocean.” Joe recently got engaged in October 2017 to his girlfriend, Sophie Turner, 22. Turner is well known for her role as Sansa Stark on the hit HBO series “Game of Thrones.”
