SAN FRANCISCO—On September 26, the San Francisco Police Chief William Scott revealed the promotion of 40 SFPD members to positions of leadership within the department. Promoted to Commander was Teresa Ewins. Promoted to the level of Captain were the following: Gaetano Caltagirone, Joseph Engler, Carl Fabbri, Steven Ford, Michelle Jean, Valerie Matthews, Milanda Moore, Robert Yick and Dominic Yin.

Promoted to Lieutenant were the following: Eric Altorfer, Nelson Artiga, Scott Biggs, Christopher Canning, Marina Chacon, Christopher Del Gandio, Lisa Frazier, Sean Frost, Hugh Hall, Peter Hamilton, Thomas Harvey, Amy Hurwitz, Derrick Jackson, Nicole Jones, Robert Kobold, Derrick Lew, David Maron, Michael McEachern, Roshawn McKeever, Paget Mitchell, Rachel Murphy, Keith Pasquinzo, Sean Perdomo, Anthony Rovano, Peter Shields, Liza Tiffe, Dennis Toomer, Angela Wilhelm, Yulanda Williams and Tadao Yamaguchi.
