SAN FRANCISCO—The San Francisco Fire Department battled a one-alarm warehouse fire on the 1200 block of Connecticut Street on Monday, August 11.

Officials were able to confine the fire to a single area of the warehouse. The fire was deemed accidental and was caused by lithium-ion batteries from power tools. There were no reports of any injuries.

The incident was reported just before 3 a.m. in a two-story warehouse and was brought under control in less than an hour. No occupants were displaced as a result of the fire.
