SAN FRANCISCO—On Wednesday, May 7, the San Francisco Police Department disclosed they are investigating a homicide that transpired in the Park District.
The SFPD reported on Tuesday, May 6, at approximately 3:19 p.m., officers responded to the unit block of Laguna Street on a report of a deceased person. Officers arrived on the scene, met with paramedics who were the first to arrive, who pronounced the individual deceased.
Medical Examiners from the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner (OCME) arrived on the scene, determined that the death was suspicious. Officers initiated an investigation and notified the SFPD Homicide Detail.
The SFPD Homicide Detail responded to the scene and is leading the investigation. No details about the victim has been disclosed to the public.
