SAN FRANCISCO—A fight that broke out Wednesday, February 18 in a Union Square Walgreens yielded three arrests and a police search for a fourth person of interest.
According to San Francisco police, the suspects had a conflict with one of the Walgreens employees, returning to the store at approximately 2 a.m. assaulting a security guard and one other worker.
The guard was allegedly beaten by four suspects. Another employee received multiple stab wounds in the assault. Both men are reportedly in stable condition.
According to authorities, one of the suspects taken into custody also was suffering from knife wounds.
Three of the four suspects were quickly nabbed by police shortly after fleeing the scene of the brawl. The fourth suspect escaped. His identity is unknown by authorities. The four men face charges of conspiracy, assault, and attempted murder.
