SAN FRANCISCO—The San Francisco Police Department arrested a suspect in connection to an aggravated assault that occurred on December 15 in the Tenderloin District.
According to the SFPD, at 5:00 a.m., police responded to the 400 block of Ellis Street to investigate an assault. A glass bottle was used by the suspect during the attack, which resulted in officers firing several shots. Upon their investigation, authorities arrested Brandon Paillet, 37, for the aggravated assault.
Paillet is currently on felony probation for stalking and now has a probation violation hold in place.
The identity of the victim of the assault or condition has not been disclosed to the public. Anyone with information in the incident is asked to contact the SFPD.
