HOLLYWOOD HILLS—Actor Channing Tatum, famed for roles in “21 Jump Street” and “Magic Mike,” officially sold his Hollywood Hills home for $2,668,500.
Tatum and his wife, dancer-actress Jenna Dewan-Tatum, have forgone the Hollywood home in favor of their new pad in Beverly Hills, a property the couple purchased in February for $6 million from Rob Sneider.
Their new home has a history of owners with star-power, one that began with the likes of “Starsky & Hutch” actor David Soul and “Star Wars” legend Carrie Fisher.
Tatum’s former home features a teak staircase, wood-beamed ceilings, and a wine cellar. The landscaped grounds, covering a third of an acre, boast mature trees, a stone patio, barbecue center, pool, and spa.
He originally purchased the three bedroom, three bathroom property for $2.6 million in 2008.
