HOLLYWOOD HILLS—The graffiti art that Chris Brown has drawn on the outside of his Hollywood Hills home is causing quite a stir with his neighbors. Brown has drawn monster-like figures on the outside of his home and after several complaints from neighbors, the singer has been cited and ordered to take down the drawings.

The neighbors allegedly complained that children were being scared by the monster drawings and the president of the civic associations that represents the homes in that area says that the drawings do not comply with the codes and conducts set up for the homes which states no murals are allowed to be placed outside of single-family homes. If Brown does not remove his graffiti art, he will be fined.

In addition to the graffiti complaints, neighbors have also reportedly grown annoyed with Brown’s loud parties and his erratic, fast driving around the neighborhood.
